We are at last able to announce for certain the date of the wedding! It will be in the afternoon of Saturday 21st August 2010.

We have been trying to decide for some time between a few dates around that time. Hanna will be on the Isle of May during the summer doing fieldwork and the dates of the field season are not certain. Of course, we needed to leave sufficient time between the date when we can rely on her having returned from her fieldwork and the wedding, but also wanted to set a date no later than necessary, since summer will be ending and the evenings will be getting shorter. Having established with Hanna's supervisor a date when we are sure the field season will be over, we have now settled upon the wedding date.

The wedding will be at Vörå kyrka, which we have now booked for this day. See more information about the church.
